We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Master card, Visa, American Express, and Discover). All grooming fees must be paid at the time of service.
For the first or second time, yes. When both your pet and I feel comfortable with each other, we can make arrangements for grooming to be done without your presence.
It is difficult to price a groom without seeing the dog in person. Therefore, my prices are ESTIMATES on pets that are groomed on a REGULAR basis, which is from 1 to 8 weeks. The price of the groom is determined by breed, size, temperament of pet, length, thickness and condition of pet's coat.
Appointments are scheduled Monday-Saturday. We book as early as 8:30am. Evening appointments are available upon request. (Please note that most guard-gated communities do not allow a commercial vehicle access after 4pm and some do not allow access on Saturdays. Please check with your HOA).
Grooming sessions run anywhere from one to two hours depending on the dog and the style of haircut. Please note: THERE IS A 60 MINUTE WINDOW FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. Working with animals and traffic is not always easy to predict. We will always call if it will be longer than 60 minutes. If you are planning on being home during the grooming, please allow two to three hours at home. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. Being a mobile service, I schedule less grooming appointments per day so a last minute cancellation cannot be filled. If you are not home when we arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will be assessed a $50 No-Show Fee, per pet. ($75 No-Show fee, per pet during the Holiday Season 11/15-12/31).
